None of these tasks are supposed to be done by an Au Pair.
Except maybe walking the dog as a family chore.

Some of the tasks above are totally ok for an Au pair to do.
I know a HF who made the AP drive cross country with one of their car during the move. I personally think it was too much but it is ok because she was driving with one kid while the HF was driving with the other kids.

No. Assembling furniture or painting a room is NOT part of an Au Pair's job.

She is paid peanuts to do basic chores related to the children.
You can ask your husband to assemble furniture, do it yourself or pay someone to do it. Same thing for painting a room.

An Au Pair is not a DIY man !

We moved with our au pair across town a couple of years ago. She definitely boxed up the playroom and the kids’ clothes. I don’t think I even asked her to. She just did it because she was hanging out in those spaces with the kids and we were clearly packing up the house. She also helped me unpack. We had a very good relationship with her (as we have had with all our au pairs). We still Skype regularly with her and her family and are going to visit them next year. I find that actual au pairs are much more reasonable than the few voices on this site who are relentlessly negative about the program.

She was kind enough to do it but it wasn't her job.
Did you thank her properly or felt it was part of her meager stipend ?

It is her job.
Her stipend isn't meager.
Seriously, go away.
