But OP doesn’t pay $25/hr during the day - she and the other family cumulatively pay $25 for the nanny to watch two children. OP is asking about the nanny just watching one child.

You think she should get less for doing OP a huge favor? Nope. She gets her normal hourly pay.

Leaving the overnight out of this, I think paying $20 for babysitting one child is fine. She does not need to get $25/ hour for babysitting one child just because she gets $25 / hour during the day caring for two children. For an overnight, I've never done that with our nanny so I can't speak to what is standard.

I’m in a share nanny rate 26 per hour
If one family need overtime and once in a
While overnight they pay the same rate $26
it’s in my contract.
