Can AP initiate rematch without HF approval? Leaving match 3 months early

A little off topic, but how early can APs go home with the agency ticket?

I don’t think they can go any earlier than a few days (maybe a week?) before the end of their year. We had an ap who wanted to leave a month early but she bought her own ticket.

She’s an at will employee and an adult. We cut one our APs 5 months short to take an amazing opportunity in a family art-immersion program in Taos which didn’t allow domestics. We gave her 2 weeks notice. It was the right thing for us.

Same ilk as OP. I'm sure the poster knew much earlier ,but blindsided the AP for selfish self serving gain. Both people are unethical and frankly gross.

The gist of thre OP....how can I make sure to F%ck my AP over first?
