Good luck. Being an AP is a typical gap year activity in Germany and many Germans simply don't drive daily to commute depending on where they are from (Germany has a decent public transportation system and many people chose to live close to where they work so that they can walk/bike to work). Also communting often means Autobahn/Landstraßen driving rather than driving in city traffic (because busses, trams, trains, subways or bikes are much less of a hassle when it comes to getting from one part of the city to another). Not that 22 year old Germans who drive daily to commute don't exist. Just that they will be few and far between. |
