If OP has to charge like a nanny share, does she also get to make half of the decisions? If the child she cares for hates the zoo, does OP get to tell the other parents in the "share" that she is taking both kids to the zoo weekly because HER child loves the zoo?
If nanny doesn't get the power of a parent, it isn't a share and should not be priced at the lowest possible rate. |

True but OP’s unique issue with a share involving her own child is that she will favor her own child over her employer’s child. Which counteracts your valid point. |
