MBs- how do you feel when your nanny takes a sick day?

I would never tell a nanny to come in when she is sick. You have to take care of yourself and I respect that. I like you, rarely if ever call in sick. But it happens and i would understand and be supportive.

However, it doesn’t mean that it isn’t stressful! Back-up care is hard no matter how you slice it. I usually just tell the nanny we will figure it out. Take care and see you when you feel better - please keep me posted. But inside I am dying! Like OMG - must make many phone calls, discuss plan with Husband etc. sorry, but that is the truth.
