Is the room by the kids’ rooms? I’m really, really not understanding why you aren’t getting any responses from live-in nannies. I do understand why live-out nannies are responding though. Given your hours, is there a reason you don’t want a live-out nanny?

What is the salary , where are you located ? Do you provide a car for the live in nanny ? How old are the kids ?

It really bothers me how there are so, so many good questions being asked by other posters that need to be addressed, and OP is just basically ignoring them. That’s telling of a potential employer. Plus, when OP does reply, it’s kind of a vague, jumbled mess.

It also bothers me that OP states that they did not post the hours or pay. That information’s a little important for potential nannies to have.

I am betting that OP thinks the room cancels out most of the hours - she wants a live-in so she can pay the person in room/board benefits instead of money. And she doesn’t want a live-out because they are paid in money, not what OP presumes are “benefits.”
