I work 50 hours a week and my commute is anywhere between 30-45 minutes (it just depends on the day/traffic). I work 10.5 hrs 4 days and 8 hours on one day, I am ALWAYS tired! I too am an active nanny and I’ve recently found myself dozing off during nap time and still tired.
I dont drink caffeine. But there’s no doubt that this cold weather is what has me extra tired. I only get about 6 or 7 hours of sleep at night, for some reason, I can’t fall asleep before 10:30/11. My day is pretty much gone and by time I get home, from work, and take off my clothes, make or heat dinner, it’s 8:00

| Just wondering if you've been for a check-up and bloodwork? If this is not normal for you, it may be a good idea to get checked out. |

I work 50 hours a week. My hours are 6am-4pm. My commute is only 20 minutes at most that time of morning. Afternoons are about 30 minutes.
I have some iron/anemia issues. I can NEVER get ahead on the weekends. I need one day to just rest or I'd never make it through the week. I have pretty easy with my employers. They are very aware of my anemia and encourage me to take to a day if need be without any guilt attached. |
