Ultimately the nanny was immediately fired after giving notice. So I don't see why nanny owes her FORMER employer any explanations. The answer is a short and sweet "no". MB probably reacted out of anger/frustration and did not think the firing through. Well, now she needs to find coverage on her own and not go back to OP. |

Op here. I still have a few of the babies items so I need to drop them off to her. She was actually really nice to me. I think blocking her is a bit dramatic for me! |
Actually, it sounds to me like MB was hurt and ASSUMED OP was not coming back. OP said she planned to stay the week, not that she ever got to say that to MB. OP, if you can go and help her out, I'm sure she'd appreciate it. If you can't, or really don't want to, then don't. |
