Your nanny doesn't care about you. She feels like she can get other job if she wants to. Foreign nannies are mostly great as nannies and will do a lot of things to appreciate the job. But if your son I'd being fine then I think is fine. You can't compare your job and a nanny job. Nannies takes care of human beings who needs lots of love, protection and dicipline.
