| You will never be happy with any nanny. If you spoil your kid then every nanny will run away from you, laxy parents |
| This is why nannies should never ever give more than 2 weeks notice. |
| So let me get this straight. She gave you two weeks notice and you're giving her one week pay? I hope your next nanny leaves you with NO NOTICE. |
|
In most situations, I would definitely pay the Nanny.
However, this Nanny sounds a little too strict regarding your DD. I wouldn’t pay her any more than a week’s pay if I were in your shoes. Signed, A Nanny |

You should pay her. She could have left you with no notice at all.
I'm hoping your new nanny will be more kind with your daughter. It's not OK to expect a "good morning" before engaging with her, this is not professional. Boundaries yes, being this demanding : no. Nanny - |
Apparently, you are also new to decent treatment of your fellow human beings. |
| SO do you've just texted sit there and do nothing while you kid is RUDE not acknowledging the nanny in the morning? Nice. |
OP already stated that she would pay her the last week. Read the whole thread next time. |
