The issue isn't the two infants. The issue is the toddler. The parent who only has an infant isn't going to want their child drug to every activity that the toddler's parent wants and the nanny needs to entertain the toddler and still take care of two infants. The toddler's parent isn't going to be happy with the toddler not getting very much focused time for learning and motor skills. Parents who have twins and an older child deal with it or hire two people; parents in a nanny share aren't likely to be as understanding.
