People, it is not "negligence" or unfair treatment, or anything else if the terms of the employment agreement are being honored. Two weeks severance is quite standard, in all kinds of industries.
Unless the employers signed a contract that specifies a notice period longer than 2 1/2 weeks they are acting in good faith. |
