Don't be a miserable dick. It's normal and polite to shoot a quick text, "Hey, I have a headache and didn't bring any meds. Mind if I have two Advils?"

nobody wants to be bothered over something so trivial during the work day. Do you text and ask permission to use their soap and TP too?
