Too little. For all that she is doing you should be paying a minimum of $15/hr. You are going to lose a friendship by being so cheap and don't say she is fine with this. For two kids, $20 minimum.
How is $10 an hour too little? If we were doing a share paying $20 to the sitter our share would be $10 each. She is not a professional Nanny, she watches my kid with her kid.
