Most nannies are good with kids, that's kind of the whole point. Responsible adult nannies offer much more than being good with kids, but they also charge more than a college sitter.

Didn't this op post about the good nanny they hired that got very ill and they wanted to fire her for something she had no control over and she even offered to come to work while sick?
