I think the offer is pretty good but I would change and add a couple things. I've been given 3-5 sick days in the past but this current job offered unlimited paid sick days. It will be terminated if miss or overuse. Are you guaranteeing pay? I think adding in a clause where she can't take vacation ( i.e first week can be taken after 3 months, etc.). It's a good way to protect yourself from a nanny using up all PTO and then quitting. I would also add paid holidays.
