She probably feels like she has a "real" job and treats it like a professional. Kudos to her employers. Their child is the ultimate beneficiary. I'd like to think the care provided is (relatively) stable, competent, and loving.

What else does your little child need?

She's been with us for a while. I wouldn't give a new employee the same package.
