Unless it is your husband, right? Or your brother? Boy scout leader? Child psychiatrist? You just ruled out half the population.
lol no. 50% of the population isn't looking to open a daddy daycare so no I didn't just rule out half the population. I ruled the minute percentage of the population that wants to open a daddy daycare and I'm positive it's not anything close to 50%.

Possibly.

A lot of it would have to do w/the type of personality he has.

Is he fun-loving? Outgoing? Energetic? Have a sense of humor?

If so, sure I would consider it.

The infamous gay teacher molester from the DC Oyster School easily comes to mind.

Plus, most of the parents thought he was gorgeous!

Meant to say the mothers thought he was gorgeous. Lol.

There are plenty of Dads I know that I would leave my DD with, possible an neighbor if I got to know him, but a stranger, no.

Nope. Here's a pretty big reason why:

Your DH may be great with kids, but this is what I would think about if I knew Dad was working there.

Just plain creepy to have a strange man messing with your baby's diaper. Something's off, at least in our culture. Sorry.

I would be willing to consider it for kids older than age 3.

In my four years of being a nanny, I have come to realize that there is a huge market for after school care that also includes driving the kids to their after school activities. I'm talking about elementary and middle school age kids.

Its not our culture, its your head. See a psychiatrist or something

I feel incredibly bad for all of your husbands, fathers, brothers, and male friends (though I doubt many of you have any).

There is nothing creepy about a man changing a diaper, there is nothing off about a man being good at childcare and wanting this to be his profession and to insinuate so belittles the experiences of actual victims of abuse. So many of you need therapy.
