Lol I am aware of that but I'm saying my posts here are anonymous so how would they know whose Facebook to find? And not only that but they don't ask nannies for or suggest families get SM info.

What they suggest is irrelevant. Most employers google applicants that they are seriously considering for the position. It doesn't matter if it's a nanny position or corporate. They want to minimize the likelihood that they employee will make them look bad.
