If OP called in per their established protocol and used days she was entitled to to cover her absence than "unreliable" means jack. I doubt she will get severance but don't try to say this was for just cause.

Op has only worked about 3 months~ most jobs have a 90 day probationary period before you can take leave which it seems like op was still within. Yes she called but it doesn't equate for her being unreliable. They need someone reliable and it's not Op

Isn't that why women get fired, excuse me.... "not promoted" all the time? They're much less reliable than their male counterparts.
