Reasons/excuses to leave a nanny position that leave no hard feelings/resentments/bad reviews

I have used physical excuses - I slipped a disc in my back (or other vague back issues) is one of my favorites - and need PT and bed-rest for a few months.

There is absolutely no point in telling the truth, especially in a part-time nanny job.
