The Friday is a Federal holiday. If they want you to work (and you agree), you get paid time and a half.

Not in my world and something to correct in my next annual review. MB and DB are both off work but "need" me to care for their children anyway.

It might be a government holiday but I work at a bank corporate office and I work Friday. My office is open Friday and I get no additional holiday for the fourth.

Which is why I get any holiday off which my employers get off, or they pay me double for the day if they want me to work when they're off for the holiday. If you aren't off, nbd.
