That is very thoughtful of you to consider "down time" for your nanny. Caring for young children is exhausting + everyone needs a little respite during the day.

Since your child is in her care only part of the day, I would personally speak to the other parent(s) in the share and ask them if they have any suggestions. Because it is more an issue they should be concerned w/since their child is being cared for full-time.

You are a very considerate employer and your nanny is truly blessed to have you as her boss.
