Question about nanny workload. Should she be able to handle this?

If OP hired someone to watch the kids then that person should be doing the job for which she was hired. Empathy is just silliness. Can the nanny do the job? Is OP getting in the way of the nanny doing the job or is she seeing incompetence?

Good example of ignorance. You're the same one on the other thread saying nanny should buck-up and be an "adult" and pretend her mother didn't just die, right? You really need a good therapist to help you deal with your problems. Otherwise your children will be prone to the same difficulties in life. Good luck to you. I hope you get some help.

+1 Remove yourself, OP. You are the one causing the problem. Any good nanny can handle three kids. No good nanny can handle even one kid if the mother is meddling and not letting the nanny establish authority.
