Appropriate hourly rate for part-time job caring for one 4-yr old?

I do not know who wrote this, but I am a working nanny myself and would never ever command this rate. This is much too high an hourly rate for anywhere in our country.

Unless it included housekeeping duties, full on. And driving full on.

Okaaay, Mother Teresa. Fulltime charity work is a noble cause, as long as you can somehow manage to get a roof over your head and maybe a little daily food.
