Exchanging daytime hours with night babysitting?

This doesn't sound like a fair agreement to me because you are basically asking her to work outside her originally agree'd upon regular working hours for the same pay.

So no....If you need her to work add'l hours that are outside her regular hours, you should pay her extra.

It would be the right thing to do.

She guarantees her time to you, so you guarantee pay to her. Would it be okay with you if she told you she couldn't make it for her regular time, but will be there at 6pm instead? The guarantee works both ways. Congratulations on you baby!
