Do you expect to be paid for sleeping hours if you stay over?

Not everyone expects to pay for a nanny while she sleeps. Here is an ad I found on sitter city:

Can pay $30 for 14 hours overnight care one 3 1/2 yr old boy your home or mine. 6pm-8am he will sleep 7:30-7:30

Wow. Just wow.

I feel bad for whoever is going to be caring for that child. No one but a pedophile would want to be in the company of a child for that pay. These types of ads anger the hell out of me because this child deserves so much better.

So basically this parent will pay fifteen per hour for childcare, then nothing for sleeping hours.

So when this child goes to sleep, it sickens me to think what will occur.

Just sickens me.

Some people realize you don't really need to be paid if you are also sleeping. Sure it is a REALLY NICE bonus if someone does pay you for that, but like PP said to many people $30 is $30. If I had the choice of sleeping at home in my bed for $0 or sleeping in someone else's bed for $30 idk seems like a no-brainer.

It sickens me to think that you would think someone like me would be a pedophile. I've done jobs like this on numerous occasions. Getting paid 20 bucks to sleep at someone's house is not a bad deal when I would be making nothing at home.
