Who said anyone did that? A resume doesn't have to include references, nor does a paragraph that outlines your experience and why you're interested in the job. A name and phone number or email address is not enough to make an employer want to call you.

Half of the nannies who reply back to the ads are posting all their former employer first and last name email add and phone number publicly which I think is wrong.

I posted this question a week or so. Most
moms said they have to many applicants
to respond to everyone.

When I read some of the nanny's
responses I want to cringe. Their
spelling is horrible, they don't follow
simple instructions as emailing them
privately. You also see the same
names over and over again,what is
up with that.

I did have to laugh when a poster
pointed out that s job had been
erased and people were still posting
their information.

One nanny pretended to be a employer
giving her nanny a rave recommendation.
The only problem was every other word
was misspelled!
