I still do not know exactly what it was...I know it was something related to what someone would use in an office because it was on the computer desk along with some other desk/office stuff.
If anyone can help me out, I would love to know what this was! It looks like a small comb, yet it actually has a blade inside it if you look closely up close. Perhaps a paper cutter...>? |
