Kids gaining weight because of nanny?

Tell the nanny to put them on a snack/meal schedule. That will put the burden on her to discipline them and make sure they are not snacking. She might find it easier if she isn't snacking all the time as it will make them ask and she will have to say no.

Telling kids "no" is never fun and many nannies don't want to do it....that's the hard part of helping raise children.
