ADHD child -- do I need to advertise for "special needs" nanny? RSS feed

Not a nanny but, obviously, you must do so. You also better be prepared to pay a premium.

At the very least you need to be open & honest about it and insist on a trial period. A lot of nannies would not want to deal with this or be a good personality fit for it.

I prefer to keep to my means of earning a living, and my charity work separate. Thank you.

What about you? Can I have a discount, just because?

I've heard of parents who advertise "competitive" rates, but don't, OP. So it's better to be upfront with your numbers. What range are you offering?
