OP, you sound like a superb and top-of-the line nanny to me and I don't want to jade you, but let me tell you something here.

While what you want to do sounds like a wonderful + generous gesture, just understand you may be opening up Pandora's box here. The more you start to do for them on your own, the more this family will expect from you and sooner or later you will feel used.

I would try to stick to what's in my agreement. Sure go a little above and beyond what you do....In doing so, this makes you stand out from the other nannies.
Just be wise and do not let yourself get taken advantage of OR taken for granted. Or just taken in general.
