ok everybody is getting off the point but I'm a nanny and have done that in the past, but I would only ever do that with two families that I have an established relationship with, ie I wouldn't interview for a job that asked me to watch 4 children from 2 families. I would expect $25-30/hr

If you really love the nanny, it's one thing. But it seems to me that with so many children with so much variation in age and age-appropriate activities, schedules etc. , keeping them in nanny care would be a bad idea. That's just my opinion, your mileage may vary. It's basically a small daycare arrangement without the benefit of uniform scheduling for all kids.
