Boosting rate

I'd hire you, OP. I have a special needs child who occasionally has asthma episodes. How much are you hoping to make?

My last charge had asthma and epilepsy, which was under control by daily medication. I started when he was 3 months and stayed until he was 3, my starting rate was $15 but jumped to $20 by the time I finished. Although I have experience and am working on my education I don't have much paid experience for special needs, so I'm not sure the going rate. With the exception of my last charge all the child in my care have been healthy over the past 7years of nannying. However, I do have experience with cancer patients through my volunteer work with the oncology department at Children's Hospital, a 12 year old brother with Aspergers, and also a 7 year old cousin with ADHD/ behavioral issues.


I guess I would love suggestions on what you would pay for my credentials once I complete my LPN program and also after I complete my BA in special education.
