I don't get it. Is she a daycare provider or isn't she? This is a "yes" or "no" question. You may well have someone caring for your child at their house; that doesn't make them a daycare provider - a county license does. If she has a business licensed by the county, she likely has published rates and all other stuff like that. It doesn't sound to me that what you call a daycare provider is actually that. |
