If the kids aren't old enough to be in school, then they should be napping during the day. How old are the kids?

I work 6:30am-5:30pm M-F. It is tiring, and I understand missing out on family time.

What keeps me fresh is a small nap and a workout.

I don't nap everyday, but MB and DB suggested it. Normally T/TH I take a 45min power snooze and then do a light workout in the gym.

I do understand not everyone is allowed this luxury.

I used to work for a company that had a workout facility, arcade, theater room, and lounge with massage recliners. Relaxed employees are happy employees.
