| Why are you all so rude to each other??? What was the point of this thread? What is so wrong with your life that you're so concerned with the benefits nannies are asking for? All that matters is what you offer and your nanny asks for. We should all have the same goal: the best care possible for our children/charges. Why is it so hard for there to be a mutual level of respect? MBs these women care for your babies, it shouldn't matter whether they are professionals by your definition, they deserve your respect. Nannies, these are your employers, the parents of the children you care for. Can we all stop behaving like catty bitches and have productive discussions? |
