Can nanny still sue after three years RSS feed

The statute of limitations in my state fir unpaid overtime is two years. I would imagine your situation would fall under a similar rule.

Honestly, we did away with nanny contracts because the nannies would just look for ways around them. It was exhausting; and now to their detriment, but we said no more. They would talk to their nanny friends about how to avoid this and that, or get this or that. We were already more than generous. Way to slap us in the face. Nope.
