OP here: Wow this whole nanny section is weird. I posted this on another website and got nothing but helpful advice.

Very unprofessional and almost kiddish. I'm not hiring another nanny because to be honest, I don't trust it.

If you are absolutely sure she was the one looking at those sites, and not your ex, then speak with her about her Internet use. You could always not allow her access to your computer. But you have to decide if this is reason enough to fire her.

Seems like you're bored and need something to do with your free time. Perhaps the porn sites you've allegedly discovered can entertain you.
