She doesn't just belong to this family, she works for a share. The other child's safety needs to be considered here as well, and if OP doesn't feel she can ensure that - the safety of a child who is unrelated to this woman - then she has every right to set limits on visits during working hours. What would happen if she said nothing and the OTHER child choked on one of grandma's toys one day? Not good for anyone.
