I seriously hope there are no guns in this kid's house.

I'd love to know why his "parents" seem oblivious? Or maybe they simply don't know where to turn?

Hello, Adam Lanza...

Do you have any idea how many nannies he has had? Or too many to count. I would not be at all surprised. OP, keep watching your back.

I think she said he's had 3 nannies.

No, she didn't say that. Sometimes it's impossible to keep track of, even when you live next door. It's called the "revolving nanny door".

How long have you lived next door?

3. The last one quit last year and during the Summer his aunt watches him and his siblings. I live with my parents and have lived here my entire life and his family moved in when he was 3. I plan on moving when I graduate from graduate school in January but I still worry about the other kids in the neighborhood and his family.

Ok, here's her number 3.
OP, why do you think he's acting out like this?

Get the animals out of there OP.

I nanny for a 8 year old who I feel is on his way due to his actions. He shows no emotions or remorse, is destructive and will actively try and hurt his siblings and their pets (I caught him one time dunking their kitten in water.) I looked up the signs and he has quite a few of them including bed wetting. When he gets mad, he gets this really creepy look on his face and says he will cut off my skin. Last night was the last straw and I told the parents I could no longer babysit and explained why. They are dead set against even hearing anything about it and says that he is going through a phase. They are my next door neighbors and I am seriously scared of this kid.
Any advice or has anyone dealt with this kind of kid?

OP, If you get an opportunity, file a police report on this child. They should get a heads up. You need to witness one of his violent episodes and report it. His parents are to afraid. Someone needs to have some guts here. The longer his allowed to go wild, the more wild he will get, until he kills people. Then it's all over and to late to help him. As with Adam Lanza, people will scratch their heads and wonder why they didn't do something that could have been useful.
