OP, in your next contract don't include a notice period long than 3-4 weeks. 8 weeks is nearly impossible to make work.

I started looking and found another lead that may be perfect! If I choose to quit family B... How? I have never quit a job before! Do I offer to help her find a nanny? I am such a push over and if she asks me to stay in not sure what to say.
Do I say, I am not happy!? Probably not.. Adcice
