Are you out of your mind? $20 is too high for a college educated TEACHER? This is a summer job for 3 children. $20 is the MINIMUM she should require. You clearly don't value education and or people in the childcare field. What does your nanny make? $6 an hour?

$20 is fine for six weeks of a summer nanny for older kids.

There is no need to worry about education. It's six weeks. In the summer.

A little higher only because she is college educated in ECE. IF not then I would of said $15 like one of the other PP's mentioned. However, ask her what she will want. Who knows, she might ask for much lower.
