How do you deal with differences in heat/AC preferences?

I have had this issue with a couple families. One was nuts she would turn the heat off during the winter. I took care of her newborn. I finally said hey you know I'm here with your kid and it goes to 50 in here. Anyhow that job didn't last that long.

I tend to be okay with windows open but my boss has worse allergies than me. So we have to keep things shut.

I have the option to change it.
