Need advice about nanny friend who is attracted to one of her charges

This is not cool. Say something to the nanny. I'd probably consider saying something to the parents. How unprofessional.

This is disgusting and unprofessional. Many years ago I was 18, nannying for a family with children ages 3, 14, and 15 and I wouldn't have ever thought to have feelings for one of my teenage charges. The parents need to know ASAP before this immature nanny acts on this and gets herself into trouble.

This is a recipe for disaster. I wouldn't tell his parents if you really want to remain her friend. If you could care less about the friendship, then I would let them know.

As long as she is attracted to this kid, there will always be that "What if?" lurking.
What will happen when he turns 18? Does she go from nanny to GF??!! Yuck.

It might make a good reality show...but....this is just a recipe for a disaster.

There is much more info shared by the anonymous nanny since yesterday and she wasn't sharing it on this forum but on the Be the Best Nanny Newsletter FB page. You will find the nannies all agree we should tell the parents and the parents fired the nanny and have a restraining order on her.

I am the one who asked what she says about him. I wanted to know whether it was more along the lines of "oh, hes cute" or if it was more "I wanna have his babies now."
