What Should I Charge?

OP here. I appreciate all responses and, after some consideration, I've decided to charge my regular rate of $15/hour.

Also, while the commute may be long, I'm used to it, and I don't mind it at all (mainly because I'm thoroughly occupied by some game or movie on my tablet, lol). So the commute is never an issue.
