I contacted my employer (the husband not wife) and asked for serverance. I think i'm entitled to it because i was given no notice and had to travel back to live with my mom. he hasn't answered my emails and i only sent 3 emails. am i legally entitled to some type of compensation? if so, what can i say to him? thanks.

Oh wow, some actually decent advice rather than yelling out TROLL TROLL!!!! You people.
To the OP, judging by everything you wrote I will make the assumption that you are young and do not realize the affects of what you have done. It was beyond unprofessional and no you should not get severance. Please, next time you feel yourself caught up in lust, think about what you are doing. The way we handle situations is what makes us mature. You should have warded off his advances and then maybe you would be severance pay.
