How do you manage when your au pair does child care chores?

Our DS is 3.5, but these are things that our au pair does with DS to teach him how to organize his toys, laundry, etc. We do have a date that laundry needs to be done, sheets changed, etc. But these are part of a normal day not outside it.
In the begining, I do provide reminders of what I want done when (today is laundry day!), but eventually it becomes part of the routine and I can stop doing it. |

"Most known" country? Right, because over 1,000 yrs of English history and so few people have heard of it not to mention France, Russia, Germany, etc. We are hated because we are arrogant, self indulged, entitled jerks, in particular, American women because so many are lazy, indulgent parents who think their and heir snowflakes feces don't stink. We are hated because we use people and have no conscience. |

Whoa whoa whoa. How many American women have invaded other countries, overthrown democratically elected leaders in South America, and started illegal wars? If we're talking about why Americans have a poor reputation abroad I don't thing we should be generalizing by gender. |
