You're being dramatic. I'm sure any DB would fire you if you said that to them. This nanny obviously didn't want to stick around anyways but if you want a quick way out of a job position then say this to your DB.

While I think you should quit, OP, I don't think it's necessarily because of your MB or DB.

You've been on the job three days and already you have some pretty big complaints. You don't sound tolerant of what is always an awkward start. It takes time to get comfortable with people. You are completely unwilling to give this time.

And your complaint about the note about duties...it's a pretty common duty for you to note nap times and do children's laundry...making your main complaint emptying the dishwasher. This is just not a big deal. If you don't want to do it, tell her. End of story.

Good luck on your new job and try a little patience and tolerance in your next position.
